3. BP6 MODIFICATION for PEN III running

This modification is written in the homepage of powerleap, too.

Connect wire from PIN N33 to AN15.

BP6 PEN III DUAL system was not so stable in WIN 2k AND NT4 by only these modification.
When a variety of changing and having experimented on the regulator (Q6) and the capacitor (EC10), I found that there was a problem in the voltage change of VTT.
